Please note that this draft is not an official draft made by any political party, government agency, academic institution, civic organization, or other established bodies. This is an independent effort that hopefully would serve as a guide to a possible new constitution but does not expect to be adopted wholesale.
In any case, let this draft Konstitusyon be available here as a source for intelligent and academic discussion on what a good Philippine constitution should be.
This document is constantly being updated whenever necessary changes are made.
