I appreciate the fact that Robin Padilla has a pragmatic view with regard to getting constitutional reform done. It goes without saying he knows the challenges ahead and has at least a game plan on how to approach it.

Seeing Robin Padilla doing the needed research and work this early as part of his efforts to help bring the matter of constitutional reform to the forefront is nothing short of inspiring.
